We who sign this letter have been dedicated to the discovery of our collective memory since long ago. In facing the loss of our historical memory--fostered and utilized--and in order to recover it, we must learn what happened in the past that we find ourselves in the present situation.

The social recovery of our political condition as citizens of the State of Nabarra is our most important democratic right, essential for exercising all other rights; including our individual and collective presence in the world's cultural, linguistic and economic landscape.

Therefore, considering the need for diffusion that all knowledge requires, we want to inform you about our project whose fundamental goal is the management of communication for the widest diffusion of the culture, history and everything that has its origin in or directly influences the society in which we live.

We are convinced of the necessity to have Nabarralde, an instrument that has the support of very diverse people in academia, the business and the professional worlds.
